My dear friends,
It gives me great pleasure to invite and welcome
you to Kuching, Sarawak for the 14th ASEAN ORL
Head and Neck Congress. This will be the third
time Malaysia is hosting the largest bi-annual meeting
of ORL Head and Neck Surgeons. While the previous
two were in and around Kuala Lumpur, this time it is in
the island of Borneo. Kuching will be the perfect place
for you to experience the hospitality and uniqueness of
the warm culture of the people of Borneo. Come and see
the cultural traditions, dances and the iconic longhouses
of the various tribes of Sarawak. Get up close to an
Orang-utan and the Hornbill; I assure you that this will
be an experience of a lifetime.
Before I get carried away, we have lined up several world
renowned speakers that will make your attendance
worthwhile. The full list is now being finalised and please
watch out for further announcements. We are also not short
of ASEAN speakers and they will add local flavour to the conference.

Head & Neck Congress is to be held at such a venue. All
previous conferences were held at hotels. We have been
assured that this venue will ensure that the programme
will run as smoothly as possible.
